The Muso Guide
Developed in partnership with professional cellist Susie Winkworth, The Muso Guide is a recommendation-based co-operative webguide aimed at professional musicians looking for accommodation, food and drink, parking and all the essentials of a touring muso's day! The site is based around integrated Google Maps providing geographical information on all performance venues and listed businesses - for example the guide makes it easy to find the nearest pub to the Royal Albert Hall or a list of recommended B&Bs in Birmingham.

Dinmore Records
Dinmore Records is a small independent recording company in the Midlands. This site was redesigned in 2007/08 from a static, single-page catalogue to become a fully searchable dynamic catalogue similar to sites such as Amazon. It also now offers online sales using the PayPal transaction handling system. Future plans for this site include a facility to allow members of organisations who have used Dinmore's recording services to create and order custom CDs online containing tracks of their choosing.

Naomi Wright – Cellist
This is an example of the most common package I produce - a simple, portfolio-style site for a musician or ensemble, allowing a photo gallery, diary of events and an audio player. The design here was intended to be contemporary yet with a warmth and vibrancy that captures the personality of the site's subject and the nature of her work.

Seeker
This is a slightly more complex portfolio-type site powered by the open-source Textpattern content management system, allowing the client to handle regular updates of news items, a gig diary, photographs and audio files.

Choin B&B and Art Studio
For this site I wanted to make a feature of the spectacular Orcadian landscape in which this B&B is situated. The colour scheme emanated largely from the colours within the banner photograph. The site features a PHP booking enquiry script allowing the user to enter dates on a form which is then emailed to the proprietor.
